Bee360 Inc. | Last updated: April 27, 2026 (v1.1 — added Vimeo) | Effective date: April 27, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Bee360 Inc. ("Bee360," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on www.bee360.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device and remember certain information about your visit — such as your preferences or whether you've consented to cookies.

We also use related technologies including:

  • Web beacons / pixels — tiny invisible images used to track page views or email opens
  • Local storage — browser-based storage used similarly to cookies
  • Session storage — temporary storage that is cleared when you close your browser
  • Tracking scripts — JavaScript-based tools that collect behavioral data

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core site features.

The data is used by our sales team to understand which businesses are interested in Bee360. No individual-level identification is performed without your explicit engagement (e.g., filling in a form).

Marketing & Targeting Cookies

These cookies are used to deliver relevant advertising and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. They may be set by us or by third-party advertising partners.

We will update this table if we add marketing/retargeting tools in the future.

We use Vimeo's privacy-enhanced embed mode (dnt=1) where possible to limit this. If you have declined functional cookies, embedded videos will display as a click-to-load placeholder.

3. Third-Party Services

Some cookies are placed by third-party services embedded in our site. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we recommend reviewing:
