Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon have a similar right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data under their respective state privacy laws.

Does Bee360 Sell Personal Information?

We do not sell personal information for money.

However, under the broad definitions in CCPA/CPRA, certain disclosures of data to third parties — including the use of analytics tools and website visitor tracking — may qualify as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Out of an abundance of caution and respect for your rights, we offer this opt-out for all such activities.

How to Opt Out

You have three ways to opt out:

Option 1 — Submit a request by email

Send an email to info@bee360.com with the subject line:

Please include:

• Your name (optional — you may submit anonymously)
• The email address or other identifier associated with your interactions with us (if known)
• A brief statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm by reply.

Option 2 — Manage cookies directly

You can immediately stop the collection and sharing of data by third-party tools by adjusting your cookie preferences:

1. Click "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page on www.bee360.com
2. Disable Analytics and Functional cookies
3. Save your preferences

This will prevent Pipedrive, Google Analytics, and Vimeo from setting cookies or receiving data during your visits.

Option 3 — Browser and industry opt-out tools

• Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as an opt-out of sharing under CCPA. Supported browsers include Firefox, Brave, and others with the GPC extension.

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once we receive and process your opt-out request:

• We will stop sharing your personal information with the third parties listed above to the extent technically feasible
• Your opt-out preference will be recorded and honored for at least 12 months before we may ask you to re-authorize
• We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right — you will continue to receive the same level of service from Bee360
• Your opt-out does not affect our ability to use data that is essential to provide the service you requested or to comply with legal obligations

• Delete your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format
